Who really wants to cook on Christmas day after all?
"Just wanted to say a big thank you for such a delicious – and easy! – Christmas meal. It was absolutely the best veggie Christmas for me, and my hubby and daughter loved the regular meal too. And because we didn’t slave away in the kitchen for half the day, our Christmas was filled with taking time over presents, enjoying a snowy walk and eating delicious food with minimal fuss and clean up."

"LOVED the Christmas meal! Just one question - could you send me the recipe for the puddings and the ice cream? Also, how did you get your potatoes so good!"
"A quick, but huge thank you, for the fantastic Christmas dinner - it was absolutely fantastic and we really enjoyed it - it was the first time in 5 years that I haven't had to stress about how rubbish I am at cooking roast potatoes! Sauces were great and we're still ploughing through the pudding!"
